Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as Vice President of Quality, based in Ronkonkoma, NY, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Vice President of Quality will lead, develop, and implement quality assurance, control, and management processes across the organization. They will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, enhance quality systems, oversee continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product and service excellence. Additional responsibilities include managing quality audits, analyzing quality metrics, and aligning quality objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Management, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance methodologies
  • Experience with Regulatory Affairs, including compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing Quality Systems
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to guide teams and drive organizational change
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; advanced degree or certifications in quality management or related disciplines is an advantage
