Position Overview for Financial Analyst
As a Financial Analyst at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.
Responsibilities
- Delivers a special customer interaction that prioritizes better financial stability and cultivating customer fidelity.
- Effectively handles a range of customer engagements with precision and timeliness.
- Informs customers about the different alternatives they can consider for their financial dealings.
- Recognizes chances during customer interactions and redirects them to the suitable branch staff.
- Stimulates customer interest through lobby events and meaningful dialogues.
- Modifies PNC offerings to align with specific customer requirements.
- Recognizes potential sales chances and guides customers towards the right team members for fostering connections.
- Offers information to clients about digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for effectively handling financial transactions.
- Uses knowledge of products and processes to successfully resolve customer challenges.
- Ensures that all teller and branch operations are conducted with precision, in compliance with PNC guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications
- Previous experience is not a prerequisite.
