Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location-Type: Hybrid (Reading, PA) Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: 6-month Contract to Hire Compensation Range: $55-64/hr on W2 ONLY!

Job Description: The Tech PM will lead end-to-end IT project delivery across multiple domains, ensuring successful execution while driving strong stakeholder engagement and communication.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage full SDLC IT projects from planning through execution
• Coordinate across multiple IT verticals including applications, infrastructure, and networking
• Engage stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
• Track project progress, risks, and deliverables using PM tools
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Support Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project environments

Requirements

• Must-Haves:
• 5–7 years of experience managing IT projects
• Experience working across multiple IT verticals (applications, infrastructure, networking)
• Full project lifecycle experience (planning through execution)
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid environments
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience in large enterprise environments
• Exposure to transportation or logistics industries
• PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications
