Senior Financial Analyst

Join Collabera's Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial data to empower the company in making informed decisions and timely reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting for senior management, covering revenue, expenses, headcount, and other labor-related costs, while aiding in consolidation and financial result reporting.
• Collaborate with the controller team on audit preparations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Conduct in-depth expense analyses on significant SG&A items at the cost center level.
• Work with large datasets, analyzing facts, figures, and performing numerical calculations to extract meaningful conclusions.
• Translate data findings into clear, understandable documents, effectively communicating complex concepts both in writing and verbally.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing actual results to budgets, including variance analysis for use by various department heads.
• Track customer revenues, reconcile accounts receivable, and perform ad-hoc variance analyses as required.
• Extract data from various internal systems to facilitate client margin analysis.
• Engage in cross-functional programs and projects to enhance collaborative efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or reporting.
