Business Analyst (Sales Return Analyst)

SALES / RETURN ORDER ANALYSTENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ | FULLY ONSITEOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales/Return Order Analyst to support order processing, returns management, and vendor compliance. This role partners cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, ensure operational accuracy, and deliver a seamless customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesORDER MANAGEMENTManage end-to-end sales and return order processing, including entry, updates, and trackingPerform monthly maintenance of aged orders in alignment with global standardsCommunicate Return Authorization (RA) status and updates with assigned accountsRESEARCH & RECONCILIATIONInvestigate and resolve order discrepancies to ensure data accuracyProcess pricing adjustments through debit and credit memosVENDOR COMPLIANCEReview and dispute vendor compliance violations through detailed researchTrack and report valid violations to identify trends and reduce future riskCUSTOMER SUPPORTServe as primary contact for order and return-related inquiriesResolve issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer experienceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field2+ years of experience in order management, returns processing, or similar roleStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesTechnical SkillsERP systems (e.g., SAP)Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Advanced Excel (PowerPivot, Get & Transform) – preferredPreferred ExperienceBackground in supply chain or order management environmentsFamiliarity with inventory management systems
