Senior Environment Concept Artist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for concept design of various in-game environments including narrative scenes, combat areas, and related props.
• Strong communication skills are essential—collaboration with narrative designers, storyboard artists, game designers, and level designers is required. Must balance visual quality with functional requirements based on project characteristics to deliver high-quality visual results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in environment concept art; experience in AAA narrative-driven game development is a plus.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and also skilled in hand-drawing.
• Excellent aesthetic sense, strong at creating atmosphere, with solid skills in design and color.
• Passionate about games.
