What You’ll Be Driving

  • Partner with senior leaders and business unit heads to deliver financial insights that shape key strategic decisions
  • Build and refine complex financial models to evaluate initiatives such as new products, pricing strategies, capital investments, and client profitability
  • Perform in-depth analyses including discounted cash flow modeling, cost-benefit assessments, and profitability analysis using activity-based costing methodologies
  • Take ownership of forecasting and planning cycles, including annual budgets and quarterly outlooks
  • Analyze variances across revenue, expenses, and cash flow, delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership
  • Prepare and present financial updates and business reviews to senior stakeholders
  • Develop meaningful KPIs, both financial and operational, to measure business performance
  • Provide timely, accurate reporting to support effective financial management across business units
  • Tackle complex, ambiguous problems independently and bring forward innovative solutions

What They’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CPA/CMA/CFM a plus
  • 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with tools like Oracle, Hyperion/Essbase, or PeopleSoft is a plus
  • Ability to operate independently and influence decision-making at a senior level
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
