Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this position, you will gather requirements, configure Salesforce, optimize CRM workflows, and support end-users. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and experience of system integrations. This role will help drive organizational efficiency through the optimization and effective use of Salesforce CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering:
  • Interview stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze business processes.
  • Create functional documentation and user stories to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • System Configuration & Optimization:
  • Configure Salesforce fields, views, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation (including validation rules and flows).
  • Continuously optimize the Salesforce platform to improve user experience and business operations.
  • System Integration & Support:
  • Maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, acting as second-level support to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
  • Support the deployment of Salesforce solutions and changes.
  • User Training & Adoption:
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure users understand the Salesforce system and its capabilities.
  • Drive high user adoption rates by ensuring that users are comfortable with Salesforce functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and platform architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical developers, ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a CRM analyst or Salesforce administrator. A proven track record of gathering requirements, system configuration, and supporting users on the Salesforce platform.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with API integrations, data modeling, and Salesforce reporting tools (e.g., SOQL, reports, and dashboards).

Desired Qualifications

  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce-related certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Automation: Experience creating and managing Salesforce automation (e.g., Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows).
