Healion.AI is building the first AI-native product lifecycle management platform for fashion brands. We're replacing the fragmented spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and six-figure legacy systems that have held the fashion industry back for decades — with one intelligent platform that thinks alongside your team.

We're pre-seed, moving fast, and looking for our first technical hire to help us build something genuinely transformational.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical engineering role. You'll be the first engineer at Healion.AI — which means you'll have a direct hand in every technical decision we make, from architecture to AI model selection to the user experience designers actually love.

You'll work directly with Nancy Healey, our founder and CEO, who brings deep fashion industry expertise and a clear product vision. Your job is to make that vision real.

What You'll Build

• The core Healion.AI platform — a web-based PLM workspace for fashion brands
• AI workflows that generate tech packs, BOMs, and material recommendations from design inputs
• Integrations with fashion tools including CLO3D, Browzwear, and ERP systems
• A fast, beautiful, designer-friendly front end that teams actually adopt
• The data architecture that makes the platform smarter every season

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally at an early-stage startup
• Strong Python and React/Next.js — you're comfortable across the full stack
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and building AI-powered features into products
• A bias for shipping — you know when something is good enough to get in front of users
• Product instincts — you care about why you're building something, not just how
• Startup mentality — you thrive with autonomy, ambiguity, and ownership

Bonus points for

• Experience with computer vision or image-to-text workflows
• Background in fashion tech, retail, or supply chain software
• Prior 0→1 startup experience
