Estimator/Project Manager

Pro Con Group, Inc. is seeking Commercial Construction Project Managers to oversee construction projects from start to finish. We specialize in school construction and interior renovation projects, including classrooms, offices, gyms and occupied facilities.

Responsibilites

• Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate work in active school environments.
• Review plans, submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders.
• Communicate with clients, architects and field teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercail construction project management preferred.
• Experience with school or interior renovation projects preferred.
• Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
• Construction management software experience a plus (Procore, Submittal Exchange).
