Technical Inside Sales Representative (m/f/*)

As a Technical Inside Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative and diverse teams around the world. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to develop in B2B sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand their product knowledge within the Transportation & Energy Business Group.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Drive sales growth through outbound and inbound customer interactions

• Provide product recommendations and technical support to end users

• Manage your sales pipeline, analyze customer data, and identify market trends

• Support marketing campaigns and introduce new products to customers

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Your Skills and Expertise   

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Possess a bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of combined experience in sales and/or customer service is required

• Fluent knowledge English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• CRM experience/pipeline management

• Sales via distributors or to end-user companies

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑changing environment
