RF Product Line Manager

We’re supporting a global engineering and technology business that designs and manufactures high-performance components used in mission-critical applications across aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and industrial markets. They are looking to appoint an RF Product Line Manager to take ownership of a key product portfolio, driving strategy, growth, and commercial performance.

The role

This is a highly visible position responsible for managing the full product lifecycle – from roadmap development through to market execution. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to align product strategy with market demand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include

• Own and drive the product line strategy, including roadmap development and long-term growth plans
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept through to end-of-life
• Work closely with engineering teams on new product development and technical direction
• Partner with commercial teams to support sales strategy, pricing, and market positioning
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Deliver on revenue, margin, and growth targets for the product line
• Act as the key interface between technical and commercial stakeholders

What they’re looking for

• Strong experience in Product Management / Product Line Management within a technical or engineering-led environment
• Background in RF (radio frequency), microwave, or related technologies
• Ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions confidently
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and P&L performance
• Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, sales, and leadership
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field preferred
