As an Electrical Engineer I in our Baltimore office for Summer 2026, you will empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, contribute to a greener future, and grow under the mentorship of experienced engineers while mentoring designers. Key Responsibilities
- Work under the mentorship of experienced engineers and assist in mentoring designers.
- Perform load calculations, determine system sizing and layouts, calculate equipment sizes, select equipment, complete field surveys, and review equipment shop drawings.
- As you gain project experience, lead electrical project teams, write specifications, participate in project meetings with clients and consultants, and support construction-phase work.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BSEE/BSAE from an ABET accredited school.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Non-academic internship experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities or student organizations.
- EIT certification (Passed the FE exam) is a plus.
- Internship experience in the MEP consulting engineering field.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and within team environments.

- Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
- Location: Baltimore office
