Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in Richmond, VA. The COO will oversee daily operational activities, lead strategic business planning, ensure efficient management of resources, and maintain alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include streamlining operational processes, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and driving organizational growth. The role requires a high level of collaboration with other executives and teams to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to drive efficient processes and deliver strategic objectives
• Proficiency in Financial Management, including Budgeting and Finance for effective resource allocation
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities for managing teams and fostering cross-department collaboration
• Outstanding communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the hospitality or design industry is an advantage
• Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
