Part-Time Construction Manager - residential full remodeling

Overview We are seeking a part time Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Communicate effectively with architects, contractors and subcontactors, engineers, and clients to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise. Experience, Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of Residential Construction Project Management experience
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Experience collaborating with architects, designers, and trade partners
• Highly organized and process-driven with strong attention to detail
• Strong decision-making ability and time management skills Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
