Role and Responsibilities

• Instruct students in comprehension strategies such as summarizing, predicting, and identifying key points.
• Help learners expand vocabulary, improve phonics, and increase reading fluency.

• Adjust teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and reading challenges.
• Collaborate with students and families to set learning goals and track advancement.

Required Skills and Experience

• In-depth knowledge of literacy development and reading instruction techniques.
• Experience teaching or tutoring reading at various grade levels or skill stages.
