Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and account-related questions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
