Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and account-related questions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries
