Position Overview

We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Cincinnati.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers and clients

  • Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and service requests in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details

  • Assist customers with product or service information and basic troubleshooting

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

  • Support promotional events or outreach initiatives when needed

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns
