Deine zukünftige Rolle.

•Bei uns gestaltest du die HR-Welt aktiv mit und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeiter*innen vom ersten Tag an gut begleitet sind.

•Du übernimmst die eigenständige Durchführung der gesamten Personaladministration – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt.

•Erstellung aller Unterlagen entlang des Employee Lifecycles.

•Pflege der Personalstammdaten in Workday und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität

•Aufbereitung aller relevanten Dokumente für die Lohnverrechnung

•Erstellung aussagekräftiger HR‑Reports und Unterstützung des HR‑Controllings

•Für Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräfte bist du eine verlässliche Ansprechperson in administrativen HR-Fragen.

•Mit deinen Ideen bringst du frischen Wind in unsere HR-Prozesse

•Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt im Personalbereich

•Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im HR Bereich, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld

•Sehr gute Workday‑Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Sage und Interflex von Vorteil

•Hohe Affinität zu Prozessoptimierungen sowie Offenheit für Veränderung

•Strukturierte, genaue und Freudezuverlässige Arbeitsweise

•Hands‑on‑Mentalität und an Teamarbeit

•Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 3.200,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
