Product Manager

The Product Manager, Salesforce owns the Salesforce platform across the organization. This role defines strategy, sets priorities, and ensures Salesforce supports key business teams. You will work closely with sales, customer service, and operations leaders to understand needs. You will translate those needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will partner with engineering, admins, and architects to deliver platform enhancements. This role focuses on long term platform health, adoption, and measurable business impact. You will help lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives, including cloud migrations and Hyperforce work. You will ensure the platform meets security, compliance, and governance standards. This role does not require hands on development but requires strong platform knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience owning Salesforce as a product or enterprise platform
• Experience with Salesforce Hyperforce, cloud migrations, or large Salesforce transformations
• Strong ability to translate business needs into Salesforce requirements
• Experience supporting sales, service, or operations organizations
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong backlog prioritization and roadmap ownership skills
• Ability to partner with technical and non technical stakeholders

Compensation

$70hr to $75hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
