Position Summary
The Director, Integrated Marketing is a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through a fully integrated marketing ecosystem. This role oversees owned channels (email, SMS, CRM), paid channels (digital, social, programmatic, affiliate), and organic growth (SEO) to deliver measurable business impact.
You will lead a high-performing internal marketing team to architect full-funnel marketing programs, optimize ROAS, and create seamless, personalized CRM journeys that drive engagement and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Marketing Strategy
- Define and execute long-term marketing strategies that translate business goals into actionable campaigns across acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive benchmarks to inform strategy, channel mix, and messaging
- Partner with executive leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and marketing investment decisions
- Build scalable processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks to enable efficient campaign execution across all channels
Omnichannel Marketing & Customer Acquisition/Retention
- Integrate campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver a cohesive, omnichannel customer experience
- Lead strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat purchase, retention, and lifetime value
- Build loyalty and retention programs that nurture long-term customer relationships
CRM Journeys & Lifecycle Marketing
- Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end CRM journeys across email, SMS, and other owned channels, guiding customers through acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention stages
- Implement segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies to improve engagement and conversion at each stage of the lifecycle
- Continuously test and refine journey flows using a test & learn approach to maximize performance
Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Lead paid media, SEO, affiliate, and social campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize paid ROAS and campaign efficiency
- Develop strategies for paid search campaigns including keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, and ad optimization
- Oversee paid and organic social strategies to increase engagement, awareness, and conversions
- Manage affiliate programs to expand reach, drive incremental revenue, and identify new growth opportunities
Email Marketing (Lifecycle & CRM)
- Oversight with SVP of Zeta launch ensuring full set up of programs
- Oversee the strategy and execution of email campaigns aligned with CRM and lifecycle marketing goals
- Optimize email marketing through segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation
- Ensure email campaigns are integrated with CRM journeys for consistent, timely, and relevant messaging
Affiliate Marketing
- Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive revenue growth
- Develop incentive programs, track performance, and optimize affiliate campaigns
- Monitor and report on affiliate KPIs and ROI
SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead SEO strategy to drive qualified organic traffic, improve search visibility, and strengthen the brand’s digital presence
- Partner with content, product, and web teams to implement technical SEO and content optimization best practices
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to maintain strong organic performance
Process Definition & Rollout / Test & Learn
- Establish standardized marketing processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks to ensure operational efficiency
- Implement a test & learn culture across all marketing channels to continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and creative performance
Team Leadership & Operations
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing internal marketing team focused on innovation, collaboration, and accountability
- Define KPIs and develop dashboards to measure performance across channels and lifecycle stages
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide decision-making and optimize marketing impact.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of multi-channel marketing teams
- Proven track record of maximizing paid ROAS and driving integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable growth.Deep expertise in CRM journeys, lifecycle marketing, omnichannel strategy, and performance marketing
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
