Sr. Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making through advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners closely with business leaders across the organization to evaluate performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful recommendations for senior leadership.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Monitor business lines and programs to assess performance against established plans and objectives, including detailed variance and trend analysis.
• Perform financial analysis and advanced modeling to support operational efficiency and drive new initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify analytical needs and enhance management reporting through standard and ad hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at strengthening operational and financial data infrastructure.
• Lead core financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Support senior leadership with ad hoc, specialized analyses and solution development.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Tableau, or Qlik Sense preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, concepts, and financial mechanics.
• Proven experience in business case analysis and financial model development.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate financial and operational insights to diverse stakeholders.
