Job description
Boca Bella is hiring a Senior Territory Sales Manager (Los Angeles) to lead the field sales launch of U-Wrap™, the first professional Zero Chair Time whitening system.
This is a pure hunter role designed for a top-performing dental sales professional who wants to own a high-value territory, close private practices directly, and build a long-term recurring revenue book of business.
We do not sell through distributors. You will work directly with private dental practices, controlling the relationship from first close through repeat reorders.

What You’ll Own
- Territory Growth: Acquire new private practice accounts across Los Angeles (general + cosmetic dentistry)
- Closing Velocity: Close starter kits quickly and activate refill reorders
- In-Office Activation: Train hygienists and front-desk teams to confidently sell U-Wrap™
- Launch Representation: Represent Boca Bella at major dental meetings (Chicago Midwinter, Hinman, regional shows)
- Territory Economics: Manage travel and expenses with a founder-level ownership mindset
First 90 Days
- Open 50+ private practice accounts
- Activate recurring refill revenue
- Establish Boca Bella as a must-have whitening solution in your territory
Who This Is For
- Based in Los Angeles, CA
- 2–5+ years of outside dental sales experience
- Existing relationships with private dental practices
- Proven hunter mentality with full-cycle closing experience
- Comfortable operating independently in a launch environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000–$120,000
- Guaranteed Performance Raises: Contracted path to $100k–$125k base
- OTE: $250,000–$500,000+ (uncapped)
