Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Taylor, TX. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee all sales, develop sales strategies. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, provide sales forecasts, and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. As this role expands the right person will be promoted to area sales manager overseeing sales managers in multiple locations. This is a fast growing industry, detail now Taylor is positioned to be the premier destination for window tint, paint protection film, and ceramic coatings. we also offer vinyl wraps, PPF color change wraps, and more in our ever growing list of services. this role is commission based with an initial target of $100,000 per year. Uncapped commission mean the right person can make more!

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Experience with Team Leadership, Performance Tracking, and Coaching
  • Knowledge of Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing leadership role is highly beneficial
