Now Hiring: HR Leader to Manage Benefits, Compensation & HRIS for a Growing Organization.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead compensation, benefits, and HRIS functions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in analytics, process improvement, and delivering exceptional internal support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on compensation decisions, job evaluations, and policy interpretation
  • Conduct job analyses, assign pay grades, and recommend salary adjustments
  • Handle benefits administration, including insurance, leave programs, and retirement processes
  • Oversee HRIS configuration, data accuracy, reporting, and system improvements
  • Manage salary surveys, compensation design, and vendor negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
  • Produce HR reporting, analytics, and budget oversight for benefits programs

Required Qualifications

  • BA Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on compensation, benefits, and HRIS
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and benefits regulations
  • Advanced experience with ADP Workforce
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
