Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Web Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation to manage and execute all aspects of our online presence. This role is responsible for driving traffic, improving conversions, and generating high-quality leads through web, SEO, paid ads, and content strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the following, with a proven track record of managing time effectively to accomplish tasks and drive lead generation:

• Responsive web design using WordPress
• Landing page design and build for campaigns focused on lead generation
• Maintaining and troubleshooting website performance issues
• Designing and updating video content
• Monitoring multiple websites for performance
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Extensive use of SEMrush
• On-page optimization, blogging, metadata, and content structure improvement
• Content writing focused on improving rankings and generating leads
• Social media marketing, including managing posts and listings
• Use of AI tools for content creation and posting
• Video production and graphic design for social media to support lead generation
• Google ranking and Local SEO
• Strong understanding and management of Google Ads (AdWords)
• Campaign creation focused on ROI and lead generation

Technical Skills

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the following:

• Web design, digital design, and graphic design
• Digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation
• WordPress, HTML, and CSS
• Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong understanding of SEO and responsive design principles
• AI design tools and motion graphics tools
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Understanding of UX/UI principles

Compensation

Base salary of $50,000, with performance-based compensation available up to $100,000 total earnings.
