About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented intern to support a critical training initiative: Program Migration from Showpad into Kaseya University (KU) (hosted on Absorb LMS). This role is hands-on and process-driven, ideal for someone who’s organized and comfortable working with digital content.

What you’ll do

Download and organize course files from Showpad
Build/repackage courses into SCORM using Articulate (we’ll train you were needed)
Upload SCORM courses into Kaseya University (Absorb)
Test courses for launch, navigation, and completion tracking (QA)
Work with the KU team to troubleshoot issues and document fixes
Update a tracker to keep progress, issues, and final links organized

What we’re looking for

Strong attention to detail and comfort following step-by-step processes
Great organization skills (you can manage lots of files and status updates)
Good communication skills—able to work with multiple teams
Basic familiarity with e-learning content or LMS platforms is helpful (not required)

Nice to have: Articulate (Rise/Storyline), SCORM knowledge, or website development experience on WordPress, Drupal etc.
