About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic Salesforce and nCino delivery team focused on building and enhancing digital banking solutions for enterprise clients.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Salesforce nCino Developer

You join a skilled team of Salesforce developers, architects, and business analysts where you learn new things with your colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
• Configure and customize nCino modules such as Loan Origination, Product Catalog, Credit Memo, Collateral Management, and Smart Checklists
• Work on nCino UI configuration including routes, screen setups, and checklist configurations
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and ETL tools
• Implement automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Manage deployments, code merging, and ensure smooth release processes
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Who we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with nCino Bank Operating System
• Strong experience with nCino modules including Loan Origination, Product Catalog, Credit Memo, Collateral Management, and Smart Checklists
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools
• Good understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
• Strong experience in Salesforce deployment, version control, and change management
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
• Strong understanding of banking operations, especially Commercial Credit, Business Banking, and Middle Market
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
