Tavant technologies is looking for MuleSoftTech Lead who is technically strong and has proven capability to design and develop Solutions in MuleSoft. Tech Lead will work with Managers, Architects and other members in the team to help drive innovation in leading financial organization using MuleSoft platform.

Job Description

• 7+ years of experience working in enterprise application integration
• 3+ years of experience with MuleSoft Product and features.
• Experience with Anypoint platform set up including identity management, Client management, Roles and access, environment, VPC, DLB, VPC sizing, firewalls, network, cloud concepts etc
• Hands on development experience in Mule 4.x including RAML design, REST API design, Flow, Sub flow, message processor, connectors, components, scopes, flow control, error handling, batch processing, Dataweave 2.x, java, custom connector SDK, MUnits, etc.
• Experience with various deployment options in MuleSoft e.g., cloudhub, on-premise, RTF, PCF and private cloud etc
• Experience in Core Java, Messaging (JMS), Web API - SOAP, REST, XML, YAML, CSV, TCP, Websocket, REST, JSON, SOAP, JDBC, JMS, FTP etc.
• Experience with Services Oriented Architecture and RESTful Architecture, web services, microservices Architecture.
• Experience in creating HLD and LLD along with knowledge in UML to create related artifacts
• Experience and understanding of complete API lifecycle.
• Experience in implementing security aspect including API security, authentication, authorization, message & transport level security.
• Experience in designing performant, scalable, fault tolerant and highly available application architecture
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD concepts and build pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, git, docker, ansible etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Agile, Scrum and iterative development practices
• Good to have MuleSoft Integration/platform Architect certification

Other Mandatory Skills

• Provides technical leadership (platform, best practices, standards, guidelines, roadmaps) to development teams that are using the API platform.
• Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders ensuring correct, effective on time implementation of Integration solutions.
• Create reusable artifacts, standards, templates, guidelines, patterns to be used by other team members.
• Lead the team and technical deliverables.
• Mentor and enable team members in delivering the project effectively.
• Ensuring the standards, guidelines, code quality criteria are met in every phase of delivery.
• Assist on technical POC's to create innovative technical solutions.
