Job description

ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our subscription billing and revenue management capabilities on SAP S/4HANA. This role is critical to driving our Quote-to-Cash transformation, standardizing global billing processes, and enabling scalable recurring revenue models across the enterprise. You will own the SAP BRIM product vision, partner closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and IT, and ensure our BRIM landscape supports high-growth business needs with robust governance and best practices.

This is a business- and product-focused SAP role requiring deep expertise in SAP BRIM, Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Order Management, and Revenue Accounting, combined with strong stakeholder management and product ownership skills to define and deliver high-value roadmap increments.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Ownership & Roadmap: Define and own the SAP BRIM product vision, roadmap, and release plan aligned with company revenue strategy, pricing models, and market expansion goals. Prioritize features and enhancements across Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Business Process Design: Lead the design and continuous improvement of Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Revenue, and Billing-to-Cash processes leveraging SAP BRIM, RAR, and FICA. Standardize processes across regions and business units, document end-to-end flows, define global templates, and ensure compliance with IFRS 15/ASC 606 and SOX.
  • Requirements & Backlog Management: Run discovery sessions and workshops with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to capture business needs and translate them into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritize the SAP BRIM product backlog for delivery teams.
  • Implementation Leadership: Partner with SAP architects, functional consultants, and developers to design, build, and test BRIM solutions covering subscription lifecycle, rating, charging, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Oversee configuration and integration across SOM, CI, RAR, FICA, to ensure end-to-end process integrity.
  • Quality, Testing & Release Readiness: Define test strategy and sign-off criteria for BRIM features including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. Review test cases, coordinate UAT with business stakeholders, and ensure smooth cutover and hypercare for production releases.
  • Performance, Analytics & KPIs: Define and monitor KPIs such as billing accuracy, invoice timeliness, recurring revenue realization, revenue leakage and financial close timelines. Partner with analytics teams to deliver BRIM-related dashboards and reports for Finance and Revenue leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary product contact for all SAP BRIM topics with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, IT, and external partners. Communicate roadmap, release plans, and status updates clearly to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Governance, Compliance & Controls: Ensure SAP BRIM processes and configurations adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards for billing and revenue recognition. Drive consistent master data standards across contracts, charge plans, price lists, and partner functions.
  • Change Management & Enablement: Develop change management plans, training materials, and SOPs for new BRIM capabilities. Conduct workshops and training for Finance, Billing, and Revenue teams to drive adoption of new processes and features.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly benchmark BRIM capabilities against industry best practices and SAP roadmap. Identify opportunities to simplify and improve user experience, and prioritize enhancements, technical debt reduction, and process optimization initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 7–10+ years of experience in SAP billing and revenue processes, with significant hands-on exposure to SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, CC), RAR, and FICA.
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager, Solution Owner, or Functional Lead for SAP BRIM or subscription billing in a SaaS, telecom, media, or technology environment.
  • Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, usage and rating models, convergent invoicing, and complex billing scenarios including multi-element arrangements, milestone billing, variable consideration, and contract amendments.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and revenue recognition under IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce RCA and their integration with SAP BRIM as part of the full Quote-to-Cash process.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft for connecting BRIM with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation including functional specs, process flows, test scripts, cutover plans, and training materials.
  • Experience working in Agile or SAP Activate delivery models, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
  • Solid understanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, and financial governance for billing and revenue processes.
  • SAP certification in BRIM, RAR, or S/4HANA Finance is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior Finance, Revenue, and IT leaders and translate complex SAP concepts into business language.
  • Opportunity to own and shape the SAP BRIM product landscape that underpins the company's recurring revenue engine.
  • High visibility with Finance, Revenue, and Technology leadership, influencing strategic decisions on pricing, packaging, and revenue operations.
  • Exposure to a modern SAP stack (S/4HANA, BRIM, RAR, Integration Suite) and complex global subscription business models.
  • Professional growth in product management, enterprise architecture, and large-scale Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborative work environment with experienced SAP architects, functional consultants, and cross-functional business partners.
  • Access to SAP training, certification programs, and SAP community events to support continuous learning and career advancement.
