Job description

We are a startup building AI agents and consumer devices. Users prompt agents to take actions across their tools, and use our custom devices to capture intent on the go. We are a small team based in Shenzhen and New York and our founder previously started a unicorn company in Silicon Valley.

We are looking for a recruiter to source, interview, and close talent for software, hardware, and marketing roles for our China team. You will work with our founder to understand the needs of each role and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill these roles with highly skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and potential fit with the company culture
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders about the recruitment process and candidate pipeline

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting for software, hardware and/or AI engineers
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills

至少5年软件、硬件及/或AI工程师招聘经验

熟练使用招聘软件及申请人跟踪系统

具备与候选人及相关负责人建立良好关系的能力

较强的谈判能力
