Are you a proactive, organized, and resourceful individual with a passion for creating efficient and welcoming work environments? We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our workplace runs smoothly and safely.
What you'll be doing:
- General office maintenance
- Replace faulty office equipment
- Provide employees with requested office equipment and furniture
- External tasks – Delivering and picking up packages from external partners etc.
- Clean and maintain storage rooms
- Daily rounds to identify equipment to be fixed/changed
- Set up workstations for new hires
- Auditing workplace, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations
- Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment
- Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the entire company
- Meeting company health and safety goals
What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge/experience of technical hands on work related tasks
- Must be available outside 9-5 working hours when needed (in case of emergency)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability & willingness to perform physical activities
- Must be organized and good with time management
- Attention to detail
Nice to haves:
- Health & Safety training and / or relevant certification
