Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Capability Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. The People & Capability Coordinator role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, confidential, and effective people support across the JB Hi-Fi Group.  

  • Prepare and issue employment related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support across the store recruitment process.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, communication distribution, and accurate data entry.
  • Resolve general P&C queries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating as appropriate.
  • Support the completion of cyclical P&C reporting and delivery of P&C initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve P&C operations and processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the wider P&C team as required.
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience.
  • Experience within a high-volume role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills
