Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a lovely 13-year-old girl  with cerebral palsy and learning disability in his family home. She lives with his parents, an siblings in a busy household.

You will provide person-centred care, working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to support his wellbeing and community activities. An adapted vehicle is provided for outings.

Clinical Needs:

• Cerebral palsy
• Learning disability
• Moving and positioning
• Some personal care

What you'll need

Candidate would need to meet the following requirements before applying:

• A full UK driving licence.
