About the role
This Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead the manufacturing engineering team in China and provide process standards and technical support to factories in Africa. This role will champion design-for-manufacturability, new product introduction (NPI), and operational excellence鈥攂uilding a scalable, cost-effective global manufacturing platform to enable the delivery of millions of off-grid energy products that empower underserved communities.
