PRN Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (San Antonio)

Job Summary The Aspire Advanced Practice Provider is a vital part of our clinical staff in our mission to cure patients who suffer from allergies and sinus problems. They will deliver a memorable experience for our patients with each interaction they have, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction are top of mind. They will practice precision everywhere including providing allergy testing and treatment to patients 2 years old and above. They will share responsibility with their peers and the rest of the clinical team to ensure the clinic is running smoothly. They will exemplify integrity in everything that they do, always doing what is best for our team and our patients.

Locations & Schedule (PLEASE READ)

This PRN position will primarily support our Westover Hills and Far West clinics, with occasional coverage at our New Braunfels , Alamo Heights , and Stone Oak locations as needed.

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Schedule Expectations

• PRN (as-needed) coverage based on clinic demand
• Strong preference for Friday availability (8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) at our Westover Hills clinic most weeks
• If unavailable on Friday, availability on Monday (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) of that same week is preferred
• Additional weekday shifts may be offered based on provider availability and clinic needs This role offers flexibility while prioritizing consistent end- or beginning-of-week coverage.
