Part-time Marketing Manager

Burning Spirits Muay Thai is looking for a part-time marketing manager to help consistently execute the gym’s marketing calendar, content strategy, lead nurture campaigns, and local visibility efforts.

This is not a high-level brand strategist role.

This person’s job is to consistently make sure marketing gets done every week.

The ideal person is

• Organized
• Reliable
• Comfortable with fitness or martial arts culture
• Good with social media and content creation
• Able to work independently
• Is experienced with managing Google Ads, GMB, and Meta
• Comfortable writing marketing emails, posts, and promotions

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute weekly marketing calendar
• Create and schedule social media content
• Write simple emails and promotions
• Manage Google Business Profile updates
• Review Google Ads and Meta ad performance
• Help improve landing page performance and intro conversion rates
• Create referral campaigns and promotions
• Prepare monthly campaign calendars and promotions

Skills

• Instagram / Facebook / Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• Google Business Profile
• Canva
• Mailchimp email marketing tool
• Comfortable editing short-form video
• Basic copywriting
• Strong organization and consistency

Estimated Time

• Approximately 10–15 hours per week
• Pay range: $25 – $50 per hour depending on experience and skill level
• Position can be remote with Zoom / phone collaboration
• We will provide video and photo content, and some copy
