Job description

Turner & Townsend is undergoing a major transformation across Europe, aligning teams, systems, and ways of working into a more integrated operating model.

A dedicated regional team is driving this change, including the rollout of new processes and systems such as Microsoft Dynamics D365

As the programme progresses, this role will support implementation, coordination, and user adoption across multiple countries in a fast-paced, international environment.

Purpose

The role is responsible for post–Go‑Live adoption tracking across all changes within the Europe Integration Programme, covering all projects and migration streams. This includes monitoring and analysing local compliance, interpreting adoption scores, identifying gaps, and capturing lessons learned to inform continuous, agile‑driven improvements. The role will work closely with country teams and project leads to ensure changes are effectively embedded, risks are surfaced early, and behaviours align with the expected future‑state processes.

Core Responsibilities

Monitor Post–Go‑Live Adoption

  • Track adoption of all changes across European markets, ensuring new processes, systems, and ways of working are embedded effectively.

Analyse Adoption Data & Compliance

  • Review behavioural and process‑compliance indicators, interpret adoption scores, and identify patterns, root causes, and risk areas requiring intervention.

Identify Gaps & Lessons Learned

  • Conduct structured gap analyses and capture lessons learned from each wave, migration, or project rollout to feed into agile development cycles.

Drive Local Compliance & Behaviour Change

  • Partner with country teams to strengthen adherence to future‑state processes and ensure alignment with programme standards.

Support Agile Continuous Improvement

  • Translate insights into actionable improvements, contributing to iterative enhancements of training, communications, and change interventions.

Engage with Project & Migration Teams

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional project leads to ensure adoption activities align with programme milestones and integration goals.

Provide Reporting & Insights to Leadership

  • Deliver clear, data‑driven adoption reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders, surfacing risks early and proposing mitigation actions.

Champion Change & Integration Readiness

  • Act as a change ambassador across Europe, supporting readiness checks, stakeholder engagement, and local change networks.

Maintain Governance & Standards

  • Ensure consistent tracking methodologies, adoption definitions, and change practices across all European markets.

    Preferred Sector or Environment

    • Experience in large multinational organisations, professional services, consulting firms, or matrixed environments.
    • Strong exposure to enterprise‑level transformation programmes, system implementations (e.g., ERP, D365), or M&A/integration initiatives.
    • Familiarity with data‑driven change, business process optimisation, and agile delivery environments.

    Professional Experience

    • 5–7 years of experience in change management, transformation, benefits realisation, PMO/analytics, or operational excellence roles.
    • Proven track record supporting or leading adoption, compliance, or behaviour‑change initiatives across multiple countries or business units.
    • Demonstrated experience driving compliance programmes, embedding new processes, and identifying/managing local deviations.

    Education & Technical Skills

    • Degree in Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or Project Management (or equivalent).
    • Preferred certifications/skills include Power BI, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
