Major Responsibilities
- Under administrative direction, with broad latitude of independent actions or decision, administer ArcGIS Online by managing users, roles, and groups, configuring security and sharing settings, overseeing content organization and lifecycle, maintaining hosted feature services and web applications.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced GIS applications and tools using the ESRI ArcGIS platform.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Enterprise Portal.
- Leverage Python and ArcGIS Data Interoperability tools to automate geoprocessing, data transformation, and system integration tasks within the GIS environment.
- Assist in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues affecting GIS applications, services, and underlying infrastructure to ensure stable and reliable system performance.
- Support the development of ETL workflows by building and maintaining data transformation tables.
- Conduct spatial analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present findings effectively.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of GIS data through regular audits and validation processes. Implement best practices for data management and maintenance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for GIS applications, processes, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and exhibit strong teamwork by collaborating effectively with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to collective goals.

IT AUTOMATION AND MONITORING E - 95712
- A baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering or a related field from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to IT automation engineering, monitoring engineering, management of infrastructure; or
- Eight years of satisfactory full-time experience related to IT automation engineering, monitoring engineering, management of infrastructure;
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above.
