Senior Research Executive

Job Description:

• Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard.
• You will write and refine questionnaires, with input from senior team members, ensuring alignment with research objectives.
• You will be responsible for conducting analysis, including reviewing data tables, coding open-end responses and supporting development of table specifications, ensuring outputs are accurate and robust.
• You will contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including drafting report templates in PowerPoint and supporting the development of final reports.
• You will work closely with project management teams to support fieldwork execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• You will provide regular updates to your manager on project progress and will begin to contribute to internal discussions on findings and implications.
• You will also support on-the-job coaching of more junior team members where appropriate.
