We are seeking a skilled back-end developer to join our IBM Software team. As part of
our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software
products, working with a variety of technologies and programming languages.

Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking Product Managers to help shape AI-enabled and data-driven products
that solve complex business challenges. In this role, you will guide product strategy,
collaborate across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams, and ensure
that we deliver secure, scalable, intuitive experiences. You will use insights, analytics,
and user needs to define priorities and drive meaningful product outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Translate technical concepts—such as ML models, APIs, and data pipelines—into
clear product requirements.
- Prioritize the backlog using data-informed frameworks and support roadmap
execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Incorporate responsible AI principles such as transparency, fairness, and compliance.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback.
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders.
- Advocate for user experience and usability in AI-driven interfaces.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Strong fundamentals in product strategy, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
- Understanding of AI, ML, or data lifecycle concepts.
- Experience with Agile practices such as sprint planning and iterative delivery.
- Ability to analyze data, use product analytics tools, and interpret metrics.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage dependencies.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Experience with enterprise or AI-powered products.
- Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience working with global teams.
