Are you an experienced recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or talent leader who instinctively spots gaps in logic and understands the real-world challenges of hiring and scaling talent teams? About the Role 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking experienced recruitment professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and practical value of AI-powered hiring solutions.
What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics like sourcing, recruitment strategy, hiring processes, talent pipeline management, and candidate experience
- Evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and recruitment best practices
- Draft realistic recruitment scenarios or case studies based on your direct hiring experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. recruiter, hiring manager, candidate, executive)
- Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or weak logic in AI-generated recruitment content
In simple terms: You will review and improve AI-generated recruitment content, ensuring it reflects authentic hiring expertise, sound reasoning, and proven best practices. Rather than conducting traditional recruitment, you’ll use your real-world knowledge to help AI systems truly understand and reason about the talent acquisition function at scale.
Who You Are
- A senior recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, talent lead, or similar
- Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- Several years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in fast-scaling or complex hiring environments
- Strong at assessing recruitment logic, soundness, and real-world viability
- Comfortable working independently and providing sharp, structured feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
