From day one, you'll be paired with a dedicated and experienced SLP supervisor who provides weekly supervision focused on your development. With PDS clinical support offering training and consistent check-ins, you'll be part of a team that values learning, reflection, and ongoing professional growth, all while gaining invaluable hands-on experience across school-based settings. What You'll Do as a Clinical Fellow:

You'll take on a meaningful caseload, working primarily with school-aged children. Deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions designed to each student's unique needs Facilitate assessments under supervision and assist with evaluation reports Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or pending licensure in the state(s) where you plan to work (our team will help with this!)
