This role blends hands-on planning with team leadership, ensuring product availability, data accuracy, and process efficiency across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning, purchase orders, and inventory levels for 1-2 business segments.
• Maintain accurate ERP data and align production schedules with service goals.
• Analyze demand versus forecast, address outliers, and collaborate with sales and suppliers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of planners.
• Drive process improvements, track KPIs, and ensure best practices in planning and ERP usage.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in supply chain or production planning (CPG/Food industry preferred).
• 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong ERP, inventory management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
