• Enter and update customer data accurately within CRM systems using data entry skills
• Process transactions such as entering credit card numbers
• Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service experiences
• Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify opportunities for service improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general Apple computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and analysis skills is desirable
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport with clients
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with cash handling and typing accuracy is advantageous
