Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for potential customers. Key Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to incoming leads via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Provide accurate information about our roofing and siding services to potential customers.

Customer Interaction

Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, offering solutions and assistance as required.

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Sales Support

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services based on customer needs.

Collaborate with the sales team by passing along qualified leads and customer feedback.

Administrative Duties

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and inquiries.

Assist in preparing reports related to customer service metrics and feedback.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the roofing or home improvement industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
