Compensation and Benefits of Certified Pharmacy Technician

Hourly wage ranges from $19.50 to $24.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
