Job Summary

We are seeking Senior Full Stack Developers with strong experience in Java backend development and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) for frontend development.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, integrating Salesforce with backend services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring / Spring Boot, REST APIs).
• Develop rich and responsive UI components using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce applications with Java-based microservices and third-party systems.
• Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams across the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (7/8+), Spring, Spring Boot
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and Microservices
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform concepts (Apex integration, data model, security at integration level)
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ES6
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines

Additional Expectations

• Hands-on experience with system integrations and API orchestration
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform preferred)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II good to have)
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc.)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in enterprise-scale applications
