Key Mandatory Skills - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka and Mongo DB

Technical Skills Required

Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in Java, Spring Boot ,Microservices , Kafka and Mongo DB
Extensive coding experience with SOLID principles, Event Driven Architecture, Java, Spring boot, MongoDB, Micro Services and Mongo DB and have passion for coding.
Hands on experience in performance tuning, debugging, monitoring
Lead complex technical projects from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing and launch into production.
Be hands on and contribute to the implementation, but at the same time offer technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.
You have great communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in front of different stakeholders
You are flexible, a team player, someone with an eye for detail
Familiar with complex large scale distributed systems
Optional (Good to have) - Payments Transformation expertise with SWIFT, FED, CHIPS experience
