• Candidate Requirements: Candidates must bring the following for the interview:
• Laptop (mandatory)
• Valid ID proof

Key Mandatory Skills - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka and Mongo DB

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in Java, Spring Boot ,Microservices , Kafka and Mongo DB
• Extensive coding experience with SOLID principles, Event Driven Architecture, Java, Spring boot, MongoDB, Micro Services and Mongo DB and have passion for coding.
• Hands on experience in performance tuning, debugging, monitoring
• Lead complex technical projects from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing and launch into production.
• Be hands on and contribute to the implementation, but at the same time offer technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.
• You have great communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in front of different stakeholders
• You are flexible, a team player, someone with an eye for detail
• Familiar with complex large scale distributed systems
• Optional (Good to have) - Payments Transformation expertise with SWIFT, FED, CHIPS experience
